AntiGravity NTF Instructor, AntiGravity Yoga Certified Instructor

Until Lisa took her first aerial yoga class at AntiGravity Orlando, she had spent her life suffering from chronic back and neck pain and anxiety. For many of those years, she could barely be able to get off the couch. “The day I touched that silk hammock, my entire life began to change for the better,” she said.

For Lisa, aerial yoga is a peaceful escape and a place to conquer her fears. As she delved deeper into her practice, the inversions and deep stretching started releasing her tightness and pain. Plus, Lisa realized she was having a blast.

Soon after “becoming obsessed” with aerial yoga, she felt she had to spread her passion, which Lisa says provides both physical and mental benefits. In 2016, she underwent certification through AntiGravity Orlando and began teaching. “Nothing in my life has been as rewarding as teaching aerial yoga and watching the transformation that occurs in just one class,” Lisa said. “Aerial yoga changed my life.”
